The short version
Northy Playroom has no accounts, no sign-ups, no tracking cookies and no advertising. Your coin balance and settings live in your own browser and never reach us. The only personal information we ever handle is an email you choose to send.
What stays on your device
The games store a few values in your browser's local storage: your coin balance, the date of your last daily top-up, and whether you've dismissed the storage notice. This data never leaves your device, is not transmitted to us or anyone else, and disappears if you clear your browser data. The cookie policy lists every key by name.
What our host sees
The site is served by a hosting provider (Vercel). Like virtually all web hosts, it processes standard technical request data — IP address, requested page, browser type — to deliver pages and protect against abuse. We do not use this data to identify or profile visitors, and we run no analytics scripts of our own.
Fonts
Pages load the Nunito typeface from Google Fonts. Your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which involves your IP address as with any web request. No other third-party resources are loaded.
If you write to hello@northyplayroom.com, we see your address and whatever you send. We use it only to reply, we don't add you to lists, and we delete correspondence when it's no longer needed.
Children
This site is for adults — 19+, or 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, child or adult, beyond what this policy describes.
Your choices
- Clear your browser's site data to erase everything the games stored — this also resets your coins.
- Email us to ask about, or request deletion of, any correspondence you've sent.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a fresh date at the top. There is no mechanism to notify you personally because we don't know who you are — which is rather the point.
